- Do you live in Ashland or the southern Oregon area? If yes, then what are you seeking?
- Networking & Connecting, Sharing Resources & Information, Finding & Posting Events
- What brought you Southern Oregon and Ashland area?
- The Ashland Resource Center was originally founded with offices and staff on Oak street across from the Historic Armory in 1998 by the Institute for Communications Resources, or ICR. It was founded as a local project and business development resource center. In 2001, the Ashland Resource Center morphed into another company - the Southern Oregon Resource Center, or SORCE.
After leaving Maui I moved to Ashland from Maui and lived on Mountain and Beach St. for several years before taking a two-year hiatus from life as I'd known it. That's a whole other story.
Now, I'm back in the saddle of southern Oregon building new paradigm companies and websites for clients and the community.
- What products, services, information or resources would you like to share, offer, give, sell, or exchange locally or regionally?
- John David Van Hove is currently a project manager for Global Business Development Services which has generously offered it's services at no cost to develop and launch the Ashland Resource Center.
GBDS.US develops websites, social networks and blogs for individuals, entrepreneurs and companies. Our services include: business consulting, project management, business and web development.
- Please describe any projects or businesses you'd like to develop locally or regionally, if any?
- Developing a business development company, global, regional and local resource centers, digital distribution and marketing company for devotional, inspiring music and having a good life for the remainder of my days.
The Ashland Resource Center is a community service of Global Business Development Services LLC based in Oregon. Now, restored and renewed as a virtual resource center the Ashland Resource Center is reemerging from the cocoon into the first of thousands of local resource centers as part of ICR's global and regional resource center network.
